Jenniffer DeNigris attended Penn State University where she dual majored in Administration of Justice and Philosophy. She was in Gamma Sigma Sigma and Kappa Phi. She attended Rutgers University School of Law and became a Certified Public Mediator in New Jersey. She worked with families to resolve issues.
While in law school, Jenniffer completed a summer clerkship for a Senior U.S. District Court Judge in the Federal District Of New Jersey. She researched and prepared opinions and briefs in Habias Corpus and social security administration cases. She also researched issues for on-going trials where immediate answers were necessary.
Jenniffer received an internship with The Fairfax County Attorney’s Office. She drafted pleadings and motions. She also assisted in analyzing decisions by the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors. Jenniffer expanded her litigation knowledge by learning from two of the best judicial litigators in the state.
She has always been a fighter of the rights of children and families and with her growing family she opened her own law firm in 2006. She has specialized in family law, commercial real estate, and sports law. She has won in very high profile cases. Her passion is assisting clients with child custody, child support, divorce, protective orders, and pre-nuptial agreements. She joins S&R Law Firm after practicing family law exclusively for the last six years.
